BUSD Enrollment & Registration

Parents must complete a BUSD Enrollment Form for each child to be enrolled in the district. Bring the completed paper copy to the school site during your enrollment appointment.

If you are enrolling more than one child, please complete a new form for each child and make sure to print each form.

To complete the online enrollment form, click on the link below.  Make sure the form opens in Adobe Reader (and not another .pdf application such as Preview for Macs). If you do not have Adobe Reader on your computer, you can download Adobe Reader by clicking here.
