ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Welcome to the Benicia Unified School District. To attend BUSD, a new student who meets age, residency and immunization requirements must first be enrolled before they can register.
Enrollment should not be confused with registration. All enrolled students must be registered for school each year. All school sites hold a “Back to School/Registration Fair” the week before school begins so that parents may update paperwork, prepare for school activities and receive class assignments for their children.

(Much of the registration paperwork for new students is completed when enrolling at the school site. However, newly enrolled students and their parents are encouraged to attend the August Back to School/Registration Fair at their school.)
Required steps for enrollment are outlined below.
The school enrollment process involves three steps
Step One: Gather required documentation verifying age, residency and immunization requirements for each child to be enrolled.
Step Two: Complete the online Enrollment Form for each child to be enrolled.
Step Three: Make an appointment at the school site to verify documents and complete enrollment.
